“What is made to order ( pre-order mean)?
This means this item is not ready or available to ship. The item will made once order is paid for and placed. The turnaround time is noted on that item. Most made to order items take 4-8 weeks.

Can I cancel/modify my order once placed?
We have to make each item according to each personal order so once order is placed unfortunately they cannot be modified. All sales are final.

Why are all sales final?
Psalm Seed is a small company that works on small batch orders. Since items are handmade at time of order we can’t offer refunds unless item is damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding and support for our small business.

My wedding is in 12 months, when is a good time to order my dress?
We highly recommend getting your dress 4-6 months prior to your wedding. This way you have time to get alterations or customizations done if need be. Last minute dress orders can always be risky, especially if you need to take the hem in. (shorten your dress.)
