Wheaton Illinois Wedding. Charli and Dan’s Wheaton, Illi., wedding makes us green with envy. Set at the Danada House, this couple enjoyed a beautiful day filled with all shades of their statement green hue – from the lush outdoors to the bridesmaids’ lovely dresses. Everyone was in high spirits as this charming couple said “I do.”
Their organic-inspired theme was cohesive throughout all facets of the day. The invitation suite showed guests a preview of the botanic beauty to come.
Charli chose an ivory lace gown with statement beading along the sweetheart neckline. She paired it with equally glamorous peep-toe Badgley Mischka heels.
To complete her bridal style, Charli chose to wear her hair down with vintage-inspired waves, drop earrings, a dainty bracelet, and a small hair comb.
Dan looked handsome in his navy blue tuxedo and brown shoes. He accessorized with a colorful bow tie and combed his hair sleek to one side. He was the definition of dapper.
The Danada House boasts a charming, English-countryside ambiance with its stonework and plentiful greenery.
Outside on the stone path, Charli and Dan shared their first glimpses of one another before the ceremony began, where she wore a chapel-length veil and clutched her wild white bouquet.
The bride also gathered with her bridesmaids, who were floor-length green dresses with various necklines. They all carried wild but sumptuous bouquets similar to the bride’s, featuring white hydrangea and eucalyptus, just to name a few.
Charli and Dan joined hands in front of a beautiful white arbor and committed their love and life to one another. They even had the privilege of having an adorable flower girl and ring bearer by their side.
After the ceremony, they snuck away for some romantic shots of just the two of them.
Inside the venue’s Atrium, the reception was filled with shades of navy blue, green and gold. Tables were covered with navy blue linens while centerpieces of white and pink were housed in intricate gold vases.
An elegant and delicate wedding cake featured a scripted “Mr. & Mrs.” cake topper for a sweet and subtle note to the evening.
While all eyes were on them, Charli and Dan only had eyes for each other as they took their first dance as husband and wife.
With a venue as perfect as the Danada House, this couple incorporated their flair and style flawlessly in this elegant setting. With rich hues and plush greenery abounding at every corner, from start to finish this day was warm and peaceful with a memorable polish.
