Mexican Themed St Pete Beach Florida Wedding
St Pete Beach Florida Wedding. Getting married on Cinco de Mayo calls for a full-size fiesta! Kimberly and Armando made sure their guests experienced true Mexican flavor with a wedding day that incorporated a bright, generous color palette and all the tastes and traditions one expects with this feisty, fun holiday. The ceremony was located on the beach in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Kimberly picked the perfect dress for the setting. Her simple yet sophisticated A-line gown was not only fabulous but functional. Subtle rosette patterns adorned the dress. This beach bride wore her hair in a simple updo and opted for a pink flower instead of a veil.
Her white dress definitely stood out against the bright colors of both her bridesmaids and the bouquets. The bridesmaids wore various styles of dresses all in balancing shades of rich purples and pinks, which matched their flirty flip flops, too!
Kimberly walked down a sandy aisle, which was lined with a rainbow of paper lanterns placed adoringly on white chairs. Her groom, Armando, was waiting for her under a handmade arch complete with pinwheels made of brilliant colors in varying sizes. Armando looked laid back and coordinated with a gray suit and fun multi-colored tie. Close by, his groomsmen kept their attire light with white linen shirts and khaki pants.
After the ceremony, guests celebrated with, but of course, a live mariachi band, sombreros and Coronas with lime.
And before the night was through, Kimberly and Armando captured the true essence of St. Pete with a sunset photo shoot. Breathtaking sprays of blue and pink painted the sky and the couple couldn’t have looked anymore picture-perfect.
The cake was simple but classic with three white tiers accompanied with bright flowers. Tables were decorated with bright vases, robust lanterns and maracas.
Kimberly and Armando pulled out all the stops to make this Cinco de Mayo wedding celebration one to remember.
It was a party from the first kiss of the day to the last song of the night. We hope their future together is just as bright, colorful and spirited as their wedding day!
