Greensboro NC wedding from crystal stokes photography. Barb and Chris had a classically beautiful Greensboro NC wedding with interspersed modern touches in North Carolina. From the church to the ballroom, a luxe combination of white, gold, and blush ensured this wedding sparkled in every way. Barb pulled out all the stops to accessorize her wedding day look. She wore gold open-toed Jimmy Choo heels, stunning statement earrings, and a long lace veil.
Her wedding gown featured a one-shoulder neckline with tight bodice and full voluminous tulle skirt.
The last thing she needed was her bouquet; it was a gorgeous arrangement of pink garden roses, white roses, eucalyptus and glittering succulents.
Chris made a handsome groom. He wore a gunmetal gray three-piece tuxedo and a black and gray tie.
His boutonniere was made with acorns wrapped with twine. With a crisp white pocket square, he was ready to get married.
Barb was escorted down the center aisle of the Holy Trinity Church to her groom.
With tears in her eyes and smiles across the congregation, the two were married in front of a loving group of family and friends.
After the ceremony, they gathered with their bridal party to take fun, casual group photos on the street.
With a collection of guys in gray and bridesmaids dressed in long glittering dresses, the party seemed to disappear as Barb and Chris kissed.
They celebrated at the exclusive Grandover Resort. Gold details were everywhere; guests were greeted with escort cards labeled with modern calligraphy; tables were dressed with arrangements of pink roses, white hydrangea and brunia berries.
Long reception tables shined with blush-colored sequin covers and gold chivari chairs. Tall centerpieces with hydrangea added height to the décor.
Place settings included clear and gold charger plates and delicious candy apple favors. They paired remarkably with the other gold and white details brought into the décor.
The cake was simply exquisite. Four white tiers of pearl details featured bands of white fondant and sugar flowers. The cake was topped with a cheeky bride and groom topper that surely made guests giggle.
As the day turned into night, the couple enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife. Their hopeful and loving expressions truly summarized the emotion of the day.
Barb and Chris defined what classic means to them. With timeless touches and modern moments throughout the day, their wedding will be remembered as a beautiful and captivating celebration of love. It was as good as gold and better!
