From the Planner: “My vision for this elopement shoot was ethereal and feminine with a touch of vintage elegance. I knew I wanted to have a beautiful venue that had a French feel and the Chateau Polonez in Houston was the perfect fit! The bridal suite there is so amazing, so I really wanted to showcase it in the images. The overall design was made to be simple yet timeless so it can be adapted to any season. Having this shoot done on film was truly the icing on the cake & really fit my vision. The photographer, Anne, captured every element in such a way that allowed the storyline of the shoot to flow so effortlessly.”

From the Photographer: Millie is so good at mixing textures & colors. I knew partnering with her on this shoot was going to be amazing. The overall shoot is aesthetically beautiful but it also feels relaxed & relatable. Having been a wedding photographer for over seven years, I feel like timelessly beautiful designs, like the one from this shoot, can stay relevant & provide inspiration for several years. There are of course the crazy, out of the box styled shoots that wow for a moment, but the everyday bride tends to fall in love with something more organic. A style that she can easily adapt & make her own!
